Weeee, I start this post 'cause some friends told me that Takagi Ryou-sensei in 2008.03.25 released the 3rd volume of Kirepapa, but I searched in the net and I didn't find anything, so... Someone, could tell me it this new is really true, please >.< ? and also, tell me a brief description of Volume 3's plot xD

I think that's because it has been licensed. Why not buy it when it comes out in your language if you can?
