I've been reading Kannou Sensei. It only has 4 chapter at the moment, but it's still good. You may also want to look up Harlequin manga, too.

For some reason i'm remembering those plebs of MAL who would suggest School Rumble here (which felt a like a bad gag manga to me) lul.
