Hi! I'm in the mood for mysteries right now. Specifically, I'd like to read some manga with a mystery being an important plot point (overarching the whole story, so no almost exclusively episodic stuff like Detective Conan). Whodunnits are fine, but it doesn't have to be that type of mystery, it can be of any genre, adventure, fantasy, slice of life, supernatural, you name it. I'm ok with gore, but what I'm looking for is my mind being blown by the cleverness of the storytelling and the final payoff, more than visual shock. So only complete manga. Thank you for the attention and have a nice day!

You should really play the Ace Attorney games, haha. They're seemingly episodic but everything ties together with a great final mystery.
On manga though, this isn't finished scanlated but it's completed - it has an overarching mystery (and main villain) - Shinrei Tantei Yakumo

Conductor
Yokokuhan
Motto, Ikitai...
Maybe one of these could be what you're looking for!

Revenge Game
The first two/three chapters are a bit slow/medicore.
Dolls Code
A first seems like a play or die plot but has more to it.
(Haru no Houtai Shoujo)
The mystery of the story takes a back seat during some of the chapters.
However they are all worth a read.

Seconding: Conductor, Yokokuhan and Dolls Code.
Adding (some of these might seem weird/wacky at first, but the final mystery is clever nonetheless) :
Toukei Ibun
Getenrou
Spiral - Suiri no Kizuna
K no Souretsu
Mozart wa Komoriuta wo Utawanai
Akumu no Elevator
Houkago
Shissou Holiday
Arisa
Museum
Ikki
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro - Also has horror, action and supernatural elements, so may not be exactly what you're looking for here.
