I think 5 is Aishiteruze Baby.
10 is definitely Atashi Wa Bambi. I remember that scene. It's in vol 3, ch 11, pg 77
And I agree, 12 is definitely Rockin' Heaven. It's a scene from vol 3, ch 13, pg 10
