Yeah, Raki looks seriously cool in this chapter. As for the companion girl, I think, it may be his and Priscilas daughter....I know its crazy, but wouldnt that be fun?

I love this chapter. Finally we get to see how little Raki has grown up to become a giant sword wielding man. I doubt that little girl is his daughter, he has no reason to lie. I think it might be Priscilla.. but if that were true would've eaten all the town's people....so i'm not to sure who that little girl might be. I'm really looking forward to the meeting between Clare and Raki now.

Whoever said they thought Raki would become badass sure called it. Very badass. I can't wait to see the Claire/Raki reunion. Man I wish this manga came out more often!

I wonder how he's able to control that armor, and where did that armor come from? It's the best I've seen so far in the claymore series. Also Is Raki still human? He moved at a speed that the other humans couldn't track and he seemed faster than the yoma.

I think he's still human. Sure, he's fast as hell but then again he has trained under one of the most dangerous awakened beings ever.

I just glad that raki is not a crybaby wuss anymore. Looks rather cool with that armour and sword. I am more curious who that little girl he was carrying is. She was definately a claymore or yoma coz she can sense the yoki. I hope its not Priscilla. Can't wait for next chapter.

i doubt Raki was carrying priscillia on his shoulders, even if Raki has grown up in 7 years that little girl was tiny. plus if you remember Priscillia's extreme 'Gut hunger' where she ate whole villages... i doubt that would go away all of a sudden.

It's interesting, what i find about claymore is there's never a dull moment, the manga has a beautiful pace to it, with exciting things always developing. i'm eagerly awaiting each chapter (every month or whenever it gets released).

i don't think Raki turned into a claymore, otherwise he'd be able to sense the yoki from the monsters. i bet he's just owning due to his prolonged training with Isley (who would have once been a male no.1 claymore before he awakened, he probably had mad skills with the blade).

although i can't possibly see how Raki will be of much use since he'll never be even as strong as a single claymore... he sure has potential as a human who can slay yoma, now thats cool!

Also i'm wondering what happened about Miata? she got cut up a bit within the awakened being hunt a few chapters previously, while Clarice clearly ends up with the Miria/clare group (as does a blind Galatea)....Miata seems to have disappeared from the story? her personality denotes that she would probably abandon the organization to stay with Clarice (who she thinks of as a mama). Oh well.

It's unclear how strong Raki is at this point or whether he can sense yoki or not. Even though he had the girl point out the yoma for him, after he killed the yoma he said "it's not here either" like he was able to sense whether something was there or not. Also I have a feeling he could've used yoki to control his armor. I won't know until a few chapters later.

I think Raki is still a human, since he still can't sense yoki. But like everyone else said, he must have trained really hard to be able to wield that sword, his probably at the peak of strength that a normal human can muster( he'd probably kick the asses of those two guys from Rabona if they fought ). Also I believe his sword and armor are a little special, probably made of the same substance as that of Claymores(the sword). Which explains how he was able to block the youmas attack with his arm plate. So in short, his just a normal human with the best possible skills and strength plus the best sword and armor ever (kinda like batman) lol.

Ehum, he was just observing that Clare wasn't in the village... More like "she's not here either".

It sounds plausible, but my assumption is another valid possibility 2. Also I wonder what Isley is getting out of Raki being strong. Also I think that girl on his shoulder is priscilla, she must have regressed further, but I could be wrong.

I think you're right about it being Pricilla, mainly because it makes the most sense. I frankly don't want it to be because then some disasterous event will come up between Raki and Clare if thats the case (like them fighting each other). I think the girl on his shoulder was the right size as well, after all precilla was very small when she met Raki seven years before that, and don't forget Raki has gotten MUCH bigger, like big enough for her to sit on his shoulder.

lol, also someone said before that his armor made him look gay. Although a lot of people won't think so I'm inclined to agree, biggrin

I..4th the gay armour. His head looks too small for his body. none
Well, anyhow, it's definitely Raki (as everyone has already pointed out) and evidence is his weird eyebrow scar thing.
But..wow..he grew A LOT. I mean, he was almost the same height as Priscilla before and now, assuming that is Priscilla (amazing that he hasn't gotten his guts eaten yet), he can carry her on his shoulder.
Now, I'm just trying to picture the size of Clare when they meet up. And then he'll be torn between Priscilla and Clare when they have their standoff. eek
