I am looking for a yaoi or shounen-ai with a long story but I am really tired of just finding ones that are one volume lenght... It's annoying.

I am currently reading:
- Haru wo Daite Ita
- Complex

and I really loved Kusatta.

If you have any suggestions, Thank you! bigrazz

Junjou Romantica 10 volumes (onging) 6 scanned so far- yaoi - very good^^
Double Call 11 volumes (ongoing) 6 scanned so far - yaoi
Yatteraneeze! shounen-ai yaoi 7 voluems complete

Is less volumes fine?
The Tyrant Who Fall in Love yaoi 4 volumes ongoing - very good^^
Wild Adapter shounen-ai 6 volumes (ongoing) 4 scanned
Totally Captivated - shounen ai- 5 volumes (ongoing)

Those're the longest I can think of for now^^

I'd recommend Kizuna, Love Mode and Ze, or shounen-ai like Koori no Mamono no Monogatari and Silver Diamond, to name a few. :3

I think it would be more accurate to say that the story focuses on two main couples. It's kind of like two seperate stories (both are connected of course) in one volume, but the mangaka is pretty consistent and stays with the two couples throughout the series (mainly concentrating on the first couple, whose names I can't remember. biggrin ).

Anyway, these ones are pretty good for long or semi- long series

Eroica Yori Ai wo Komete - art gets much better later on. However, if your not a stickler for art it's a fantastic story.
Boy princess
passion
Loveless

edit: forgot to add Bronze and Zetsuai! very good series- although it is very tragic.

-Let Dai's got 15 volumes (though Let dai would be more 'shonen-ai' than yaoi, to be frank) BUT it's got amazing art, reeeeally good character, and, OMG A STORY!! yes, yes, don't faint, darling, in know...XD

-Rules by Miyamoto Kano (best BL mangaka EVER) is 3 volumes long, but then you have a loooot of separate 1 volume manga that pick up on the character's pasts or futures or other characters that make appearances....in the Rule universe, for example, she's alreayd got at least 10 different manga (1 volume, more than 1 volume and oneshots)

-Gravitation (though i guess that's a bit of a DUH example)

Hope that helps! smile

In every volume there are a the side sories of the characters shown in the first volume. (terrorist, and egoist) something like that..
I don't really like those stories so I just don't read them.
But the romantica part is the one that gets more cover there, I guess...

I also second

Innocent Bird
Demian Syndrome

Really good !!!
I just didn't know what leangth you wanted laugh roll eyes

I'd also suggest Koi ga Bokura wo Yurusu Hani - 3volumes complete.
Same mangaka as Tantei Aoneko , but the later is.... stranger?^^ roll

- Sleeping Flower, pirate and samurai.
- Kiss me princess. The art kinda turned me off in the beginning, but once I started to read, I couldn't put it down. The story is really good and refreshing.
- Lucky-kun and Sakende Yaruze, kinda old works, but they are really classics.
- Challengers. Prequel of The Tyrant Who Fall in Love. If you like Kusatta, chances are you will like this too.
- Voice or Noise. Vol 3 is just released in japan (and it's still on going), but first 2 volumes are already available in english (plus Acht is such a darling).
- La Esperanca, if you like schoolboys

Totally Captived - My, without doubt, favorite yaoi series. Although it is yaoi and contains depictions of sex, the storyline is much like that of a shoujo genre. And it has these really cute and sweet parts. This series has it all: drop dead gorgeous bishounens, some sex, extremely funny parts, and a plot to die for. You'll love it. biggrin

Dear Green: Hitomi no Ounowa
You're my loveprize in Viewfinder
Crimson Spell

They're all multi-volume, though there aren't many volumes yet.
