I'm pretty sure that the third one is from a oneshot called Nemuri hime ni 100 man kai no kiss.

Oh, I just came across #2! It is indeed from Tanaka Meca. It was released as Tsuki to Himawari, a one-shot included in vol 1 of Faster Than a Kiss.
