Alright...I just watched this awesome movie with action-y stuff happening every second and now I'm all hyped to read a manga with alot of action, however I really dislike ecchi. So, uh.. any suggestions for something with action but, no ecchi?

Sadly its hard to find those since a lot of manga now needs to be ecchi to sell.
Berserk doesnt have to much ecchi i guess.
Claymore
Black Lagoon-havent read yet so dont know.

Didn't Berserk feature an awful lot of rape, though? I think the mature themes would be worse...

Well when i think ecchi I think panty shots and other ecchi things that i dont have time to think of since im playing EVE lol . I dont think of rape as ecchi but mature.

A action shounen without ecchi would be hard to find unless you would settle for shounen action with almost no ecchi.
Your other option is to turn to the other groups.
Not ecchi whatsoever in Seinen, Shoujo and Josei.
Seinen has it's share of action but as said it could be worse. It depends if you want to avoid the ecchi because it's highly annoying or because you dont want the "nudity".
Within Shoujo and Josei there are a few series with action but I don't know if you would want those.

Fairy Tail - somewhat action-ish or should i say more like adventure-ish. I dont think it has any ecchi in it.
Bleach - popular series. Action.
Buso Renkin - somewhat reminds me of Bleach.
Fullmetal Alchemist - somewhat action/adventure
Naruto - popular series w/ load of ninja action stuff.
Samurai Deeper Kyo - samurai action
Rurouni Kenshin - samurai action
Hunter x Hunter - action/adventure

If I remember right, the following series have insignificant amounts of ecchi. I haven't read some of them in a while, so someone feel free to correct me. Most of them are fairly well known so you probably read them.
Trigun
Rurouni Kenshin
Angel Densetsu --> more focused on comedy than action, though
Kekkaishi

Yes, and I just said that I think that the mature themes are worse than ecchi (so why would the TC want it?)

-Blood+ (I haven't seen it, but it doesn't look like it has ecchi)
-Amatsuki (The art is really good)
-Mx0 (the ending was really bad though)
-Inuyasha (haven't seen it, but it looks like it doesn't have ecchi, kind of old though)
