What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

As far as I know, there's no solid meaning. It's most certainly not Japanese or English... maybe a bastardized form of "Mix 'em", I guess... You could probably make the assumption that there will be some mix of something sooner or later, but so far we have no clear origin of the title.
