Depends on which version you're referring to:

Anime: Not Loli (maybe 1 scene)

Manga: A bit Loli

Novel: Dunno (heven't read it)

Perhaps.
It really depends on how you look at it.

Fixing your answers.
There's quite a few nude scenes in the anime. The manga doesn't really have nudity but it's suggested like when Murasaki would give him panties and such.

The anime really doesn't have any sort of loli connotation. There's that one bathhouse scene, but that's completely innocent and you'd actually have to be looking for loli to interpret it as such -_-;;. It's a sibling or parent-and-child dynamic, unlike the manga which does have the undertones.

I've actually watched it, but it seems you haven't...:/...

There's a difference between "nudity for the sake of fanservice" and having one or two scenes that involve it but serve an entirely different purpose. You'd have to be trying really hard to pull any sort of sexual connotation out of them, and without the sexual connotation, it really isn't trying to pull in lolicons.

I agree completely!

Far too long version:

Just as little lolicon as a that real life thing outside of manga world can be.

While reading about Kurenai it was the first time I encountered the lolicon panic and it's not surprising seeing as young age seems to be a commodity almost larger than god in Japan (not that other countries are THAT much better mind you) and pedophile hysteria in society plays a big role as well probably no doubt.

I haven't read the manga so in regards to that please be gentle.
But personally I don't think there's anything weird or gross regarding this story (anime version). Well, except for the weirdo family itself.

I mean it's not really uncommon with kids believing they are in love with adults and they act it out in a way they don't really understand which they obviously have picked up from adults which no doubt feels wrong. Being a former kindergarten teacher (for a pretty short time though) I experienced the stupidity of medias pedophile hysteria creations, A mother refused to leave her kid at the kindergarten because of me.. Reason, I was a man and I therefore COULD be a pedophile. I've never felt so dejected in my life. OTOTSORRY!

Culture displaying a naked child is not the same as a child being portrayed in a sexual way, it happens in real life a lot and I have to say it has very little drama to it. I'm not really sure about why the anime and manga folks seems to scream lolicon at so much all the time but I would like to understand that part very much.

Some proper research about this particular type of panic would be extremely interesting to read though, any behaviour analysts in the forums? wink

Ho-hum word mode OFF. I probably missed a few sentences but it's a proper pain in the ass reading and typing on the tv. Sorry!

Because there's completely no difference between promotional art from random magazines (and fanart) and the show itself roll eyes. I really don't understand how you can possibly think the two are the same thing, those are essentially ads that are designed to bring in additional viewership, not screenshots.

When I read the description and saw the trailer, I felt it to be loli so much that I never started with the series..though apparently its very good...with so many child victimizing crimes about, I feel almost criminal reading such stuff..

It's not random magazine, it's official scan using the same art as the anime. But keep staying in denial, there is fanservices.
There's even a Murasaki hugging pillow. Yup keep the denial going biggrin
