There are plenty, if you are looking for a shift from the usual then you should try Boys n Girl, it is completely scanlated! There is also the Milk Crown series there is also Boy's School or Men''s Gakuen which is about a boys' high school, the dormitory and their living experiences as well as experiences with girls. Beauty is the Beast is a good manga that focuses on school life where the dorms play a central role in the relationships between the main characters.

In crimson hero, the girl becomes the dorm mother.
In Hana Kimi, the girl pretends to be a boy and lives in the dorm, same with boku ni natta watashi.
They're all really good.

Actually, I looked at it, and I like the art, but its really smuttish...so I'm gonna pass.
