What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Any where the female lead fucks with the male lead psychologically before falling for him? In the end, it's a happy ending where they are together.

Like she plays mind games with him. Maybe she strings him along while she likes someone else. Maybe she uses him as a substitute for another guy. Maybe she bullies him a lot.

Except for Saiunkoku, and maybe Takane to Hana, all of the female leads in these manga are pretty much like your description. Trick ster does not end on a happy note though. She never fell in love with him.
