I don't remember the manga really well. Neither I remember the description nor the characters but I remember a scene. The scene I remember was set back in Edo Period like that. If I'm not remember, the scene was at burning castle. I don't remember how the lead character look like but I remember one of the lead is a male and he say Demon Kitchen Knife or something like that. I think he was referring to a katana or sword. I think this manga is about a demon and one of it genre is action because I remember there fighting include in it. I'm sorry guys that I cant give you a better description. I hope you guys can find this because this scene been playing in my head a lot.

I think what your looking for is Hell’s Kitchen. Its about a chef who goes to hell after being taught to cook by a demon. I havent read it myself, but its the only one I could think of that had demons and talked about a kitchen knife.

Thank you for replying and helping ~ But it not what I'm looking for. Hell's Kitchen more to Victorian and classic or westerny. The manga that I looking for are 100% Japanese from Edo Period. I don't know if this wrong or right but the katana or sword in the manga that I'm looking for are for hunting and killing demon. Apparently Demon Kitchen's Knife is the strongest katana. The reason why the Japanese castle burning because there were fighting scene with demon. If I'm not wrong, the female lead in the manga have been kidnapped by the bad guys and brought her to the castle. That all I could remember and I'm very sorry that I coukdn't give much detail but what I really remember the manga is a samurai hunting(maybe) demon manga.

Maybe Nobunaga no Chef? I haven't read it, but your description brought its synopsis to mind. I don't think there are demons in it, though.

Thank you for helping ~ But it still not the manga I been looking for. The manga that I'm looking are not about cooking but more to action. The reason why the katana(or sword) called Demon or Devil's Kitchen Knife because it a demon sword. Not a kitchen knife.
