I am looking for something with ghosts where there is a character with a special power that makes him able to see ghosts and the general idea is that he tries to helps them pass on (You know; fullfill their wishes help a loved one, complete a task). I dont care for anything else. It can be epidodic or with a more general storyline and it can be either dramatic/tragic or horror/suspence. Any ideas of what I might try?

There is also Hikaru no Go, at least for 3/4 of the manga.
