alright i've seen the Full Metal Panic anime...as well as Fumoffu and uhh The Second Raid.....so is this manga (or any of the mangas) original?...or do they have the same story as the shows?

both the anime and manga are based on a series of novels. The anime came first if i remember correctly. The manga came afterward. I didnt read the manga but it should follow the story line; if not, i would highly recommend you to not read it cause it'll probably stray away from the original plot which is always the best.

The manga deviates a little bit, but generally follows the same plotline as the first season. Honestly, I can't say it's a read I would recommend- stick with the novels and the anime if you want quality. If you just want some FMP, then the manga should be fine though.
I haven't read the other manga variations, but I imagine they aren't very different.
