Member 9:38 pm, Jul 31 2008 Posts: 68	I went and searched on some forums and it really looks like that Viz canned this series. Since I intend learning Japanese September I'll just buy the original Japanese editions of the novel.

So theoretically, they could produce more at any given time. At the moment volume 3 onwards is in indefinite production hell (presumably due to lack of sales). So yeah, if you can actually read kanji go for it (f you're a total beginner to Japanese and/or Chinese characters, you might want to wait a while before trying something that has no furigana though).
