What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I can't remember the title... i can only remember it has a male character that was traumatized in the past, IIRC by his mother, and grew up to be a playboy. He then fell in love with a rather innocent girl. Oh and he liked stars, and he had a telescope. It's adapted to a live action.

Can anybody give me the title....? I forgot the title and Google didn't help.
