In the end he doesn't 'end up' with anyone, but it's implied he might start going out with Tsukasa again. But the truth is he was so indecisive the whole series it's a wonder anyone would want him.

In Uwasa no Midori kun, Midori ended up with Kazuma anyway. Not Tsukasa, so sad ( especially for me who is Tsukasa's fan ).
