I'm looking for a translator to help with Initial D. Well I'd actually like around 30 of them but that would be dreaming So if anyone enjoys racing type mangas, especially ones where there isn't a whole lot of dialouge and has a bunch of pages where its only sound effects(which dont need to be translated), let me know. thanks

you're the "ya'all" guy on carisma, who tried criticizing the team thats working so hard to release Initial D. Why do you need a team? can't you just be patient and wait for them to release chapters? they are doing a fine job, and i think you should wait for their high quality releases.

Im sure, that you are downloading their weekly chapters, so be patient and enjoy the manga chapters you are getting right now.

I haven't downloaded one of their chapters. Since ****** started doing it all anyways(only seen what prelude posts). And they're not working hard lol 19 days on average for a (all series combined, not just initial d) release isn't working hard. Plus its tank raws man, not a whole lot of work goes into the cleaning process with those. So if I can do the same quality or better, without adding all the rules to download the chapters, having to deal with their little infighting spats, and am able to do it way quicker, what would be the downside of me doing Initial D. Someone along the way forgot that doing manga scanlation is by fans for fans, its not meant to be a way to subject other people to their need for power and inability to get along, not to mention airing it on a public forum. Which shows the fans that instead of possibly working on a project, that they are sittin there doin nothing, then claim that they are dedicated to releasing work. Sorry but it doesnt take that long to release stuff when you already have the translations.

I happen to be a big fan of the Initial D series, so I don't see why having someone that wants to and is able to release chapters quicker and with the same quality or better(hopefully), without all the extra bullshit you get with the group that is doing it now. Also there isn't a rule that states that just because someone else is doing a scan, that no one else can do the same one. But more importantly this isn't about them, its about me and other people wanting to read this series cause it kicks ass and want to see how it continues. Even if there were 18 groups doing this series I would still want to do it because I enjoy it, just happens that now I have the ability to do so unlike when I first started reading Initial D. I'm a fan, and I know other people that are fans that would like to read it, thats the only motive. So kindly don't try to flame me for wanting to do this.
