Yes. My friends and I are all like that, especially me. My teacher once read a personal journal of mine (school assignment) to a class and the whole class was shocked bumbuzzled. It was just coherent enough so that other people could understand it, but the ideas were so random that there was quite a bit of gasping. I will gladly post it online (with names changed) if anyone wants to read it.

Anyone seen a shriveled up sewer rat in the sun? Just saw one on the sidewalk today. I thought it was leaf.
And I thought the tail was a stem. And me being me who enjoys stepping on crunchy leaves tried to step on it...until I saw the dried up eyeball.
