I'm surprised no one has mentioned Aishiteruze Baby. Since it does have a similar theme in it. Most everything else I know of is fairly light-hearted in nature...

It's an awesome manga that I recommend almost everywhere, but who is pregnant or married there?

Only one I can come up is Happy World, but there is A LOT of ecchi, so you're advised to not pick it up if you dislike ecchi.

Here's my suggestion then, it's not teen pregnancy(not that i know that many, cuz tthe only one i know is Bitter Virgin) it leans more towards life of a married teen couple, check it out
