Hm... I have read Fukigen Cinderella and love it I am not sure how Sai:Taker is though...
Spontaneous transformations back and forth like fukigen are these
Of course theres the classic Ranma 1/2 (don't really like it but It has spontaneous transformation similar to Fukigen)
