They should make a pill to cure this habbit. It's totally bad for the skin to pull an all nighter to finish something when I should have started days earlier... embarrassed

I doubt that that's possible, unless you want to hinder all of the brain's desires for pleasure. Don't want to become masochistic personally.

I was gonna post in this thread earlier then I though about it then I was like "eh maybe later."

I was gonna write that earlier, but I figured I'll get around to it soon enough. Now you went and did it so I guess my work is done.

This means I am a procrastinator and lazy I guess. Now back to my Philosophy HW that was due yesterday,.....

There should be a choice for "wing it as it's due". Like my last several presentations at work and most of my oral homework (speeches, book review, etc.). I am literally writing my notes as the speaker ahead of me is giving their presentation almost every time.

i usually do it a few hours before the deadline after a good night out, then i can always say i didn't waste my time worrying the night before. I usually take clever shortcuts and get the same grades as everyone else anyway.

I Wait till the last hours
I had a paper due Today about the life in the middle ages I had one week to do it for my third period class but I wrote my essay it in my second period class.
I had a test today studied 5 minutes before the test for English 12 made 95 on it.

In the same class I have to write a Biography on Dante Alighieri 5 Paragraph essay
Or (Inferno poem) Pick three Crimes/Sins and 3 Punishments And describe them in detail 5 paragraph essay. Due the 9/21/07
But I will Probably do the same thing I did on my other paper and do it in my first class Computer Application or in my second period class Cisco A+ Certification (computer class)
12 grade(now)
I do My PreCalculus Homework in the morning When I get to my school (I go to the library) Or I do it in one of my classes (1st - 3rd ) or I don't do it I have PreCalculus for 4th period he only gives grades on test so you don't have to do homework
(now)
My average overall in school is right now is around 88 - 95 (I would of had a higher one but in (9th grade) civics when we had to read articles in front of the class every Friday I never did so I made a 72 in there I made 90 in all my test in there so i still passed the class.

9th Grade
Pharisaical Science the teacher would write notes on the board when i was half way done he would erase all the note off the board so most of the time I would Never write notes in that class so I making 69 ( I had to take the EOCT and I made an 89 on it then took the final made another 89 so I made a 75 in that class

Unfortunatally I always find myself procrastinating...
It's become a fatal habit, I have yet to overcome... sad
Which most likely wont happen anytime soon...

I have an essay due monday, needs to be around 3-6 pages... it's due in 2 days... I know I need to start it soon.. but I know I wont... I'm easily disracted too... The slightest thing and i'll totally forget I was in the middle of writting a paper... kinda sad on my part... none

I'm doomed before I even start... dead

Depends on the class.

For my computer class I get most of my homework done while I'm there. It's ridiculously easy. I wait till right before class to take the online exams we have to do, though. I have two hours between classes to waste on Wednesdays so I feel that doing this is ok. It's a great way to kill time.
English class I really procrastinate on. I hate writing. I usually do it the day before since my class is at 12 and I like having mornings free (besides if I waited till morning I would be too frustrated.) Actually I'm procrastinating on my English homework right now!
Math I usually do early. It's not that hard. I like to get it out of the way.
Japanese homework I wait till the day before to do. Sometimes the last minute in extreme circumstances.
And I have a student skills class I'm way behind in. I'm never taking independent study courses ever again. I have to do all the work in the next what... two weeks? Heh.

<-- Is procrastinating her outline for Biology right now.

I think procrastination is second nature for almost everyone. Just applies to different things for different people... I work diligently on everything else except for studying and reading textbooks. Fun times, those activities...
