looks like a manwha for me cause the girl is on the left and then comes the guy in the right hmm i think I have seen it before... is it Yoo Ah Dok Jon -my first idol-

I don't think its Yoo Ah Dok Jon I just went through the 3 chapters that have been scanlated and it doesn't look to be it.
