I am looking for a good vampire story something dark like hellsing where we dont necessarily see the vampires as good guys, hellsing, vampire knight even though its shojou the vampires are portrayed dark or something like deadman, I dont want stuff light like rosario vampire or the other one chibi vampire

Well, I haven't read it, but I heard Trinity Blood is good.

You might like Oni-Gokko, though it's not specifically vampires.
I didn't like Higanjima personally but it fits the mold.
Blood Alone is more up my street, it's a little like Vampire Knight in the sense that vampires control themselves or go wild.
Similarly Shingetsutan Tsukihime and all surrounding it could be what you're looking for.

Try Model then, that should do and maybe Rebirth, both are manhwa if i'm not mistaken but Model is more along the line of drama while Rebirth more focus action on action. Then for some psychological vampire-esque manga i suggest Hitsuji no Uta.

I liked Model very much until the last few volumes, where it just began to make no sense.
Kyuuketsuki to Boku short but good.
Omae ga Sekai wo Kowashitai nara Very highly recommended. Dark story.
RustBlaster
Crimson Cross If the shounen-ai genre thing bothers you, i assure you that there are no boys kissing, there is just a guy obsessed with another guy because he wants to kill him. Doesn't really count as shounen-ai in my opinion.

I can't believe people hadn't mentioned these!
Vampire girl
Bloody kiss
Petshop of horrors
Night Exile
Hana to Akuma
Kindan no Koi wo Shiyou
Gantz (in some arcs)
and I second Crimson Cross
...and I agree, it's not even a Shounen ai... =___=;;;
It has that European religious-Vampire kind of thing which makes the manga, EPIC! *_*

Though both have already been mentioned, I would support reading Blood+. It has a very unique take on vampires, I think, and my personal favorite manga. Hitsuji no Uta is also very good. Best modern-times vampire manga I have read so far. (Granted I haven't read that many yet.)
