Are there any manga following a SWAT Team for example, or something like an anti-terrorist team?

It's not perfectly realistic (i.e. it features young girls turned into cyborgs), but the characters of Gunslinger Girl form an anti-terrorism team. Even if it's not perfectly what you want, it is a really good manga that I would highly recommend.

Well in that case you should be happy with it. Aside from the girl-cyborg premise, it's actually very realistic (and kinda sad).
