So you just want English translations of anime/manga novels? Try Baka-Tsuki.

No really. This website got a lot of manga that I can't get a hold from my book supplier. So I was trying to purchase the ebook, unfortunately, I don't read Japanese and have no idea how to purchase from the site.
Beside, the custom in my country is very strict. I once purchase manga from the net and the custom "help" to censor the book by a marker pen.

My only solution is to purchase the ebook and I prefer manga in Japanese format not the scanslation type.

Those ebooks that I want to get hold of from this site are usually very old releases which I don't think any groups are scanslating.

My big question is: If you can't read the site, then why are you trying to get non-scanlated manga? Maybe I've just misread your posts (which is possible), but if you're reading it online, everything will be page by page in either a pdf or simply as a picture, so when you say 'japanese style ebook', I interpret it as 'japanese language scans'.

If that is indeed what you're looking for, then you need go only to Share (Japanese P2P program... it's technically illegal, but a few google searches will get you to downloads of the English version) and download what you want.

If you want an ebook, then you're probably out of luck. Most publishers don't make English language manga available digitally and there aren't going to be any English language sites selling Japanese ebooks... 'cause the market for selling Japanese books to people who can't read Japanese is pretty small.

I read these manga when I was a kid and my desire to keep them is very strong.

I know some ebooks have an expire date, but I would like to own them for life and legally. What I mean legal is that downloading from this site is the same as buying a book. That's why I need to find out the company profile, conditions mention before I made any purchase. Of course, I prefer to buy the actual books but I just couldn't find them.

K. I'm going to do my best to walk you through the ordering process, but it probably won't work very well... so you know... work with me here.

This site only supports Internet Explorer. It won't install the reader on Firefox, Chrome or Opera or anything like that.

This is the new user registration form.

The forms are (in order, top to bottom): Nickname, Email address, email address again, password, password again, security question (drop down menu), security answer, then there's a long list of email mailings, just make sure all of them are on the right for 'don't want'. The final option is the billing... I assume you want credit card, which is the middle one. You can also choose the top option which is basically 'nothing for now' and end the registration with that.

Once it's filled in, click the LEFT button (it's long, while the other one is short).

The next page will ask for confirmation, again it's the left button that moves you forward.

Next page after confirmation is the credit card information page (if you chose that option). The top field is the card number, bottom left is the month, and bottom right is the year.

I, um... don't wanna go any further in this part 'cause I don't like giving card numbers when I'm not buying stuff. I assume that if it was going to ask for anything like address or country it would have done it by this point, so you may not have any more complicated forms after the credit card page.

Anyway, once you're through the new user registration, go to the manga that you want to download and click the red button next to your selected volume. You'll be taken to a shopping cart that lists the name, size (in MB) and price (in yen). The white button on the right of the items is the delete button, and the big white button at the bottom deletes all. The big red button will take you to checkout.

Once you move from the shopping cart, it asks for permission to install the ebook reader. Once you're done with that, it moves to ask for you to log in, and then on to the payment selection menu. I never entered any payment info into my initial account, so my screen lists all of the options, with credit cards being the top left one. If you have this screen too, then select what you want and click the left button to move on.

If you get past these instructions and need some help with the next pages, take a screen shot and I'll tell you what it's asking for.
