I'm looking for manga which focuses on the relationship between an adult and a child. The relation ship can be anything other than a sexual one, I don't want any of those lolicon smut mangas.

examples of what I'm looking for:

hotman
Yotsubato!
Aishiteruze Baby (almost an adult and toddler)
Blood Alone
Aiko Desho!
Kodomo no Jikan

The only ones I know that you didn't mention are:
My Girl (SAHARA Mizu)
Usagi Drop

Sorry, I don't know any others.

That's known as a "coin".

Usagi drop definitely matches the criteria but its only 8-9 chapters, I could finish it in under an hour probably (depending on chapter length)

Oneichan to Issho (4 chaps)
Baby Pop (father/daughter-teenager)
Forever Honey(one shot)
Yamamoto Zenjirou to Moushimasu (same author as Ashiteruze Baby)
Otaku no Musume-san (8 chaps)

and I know that there are a couple of other request threads for this type of manga.

single parent
life changing

Ah, well this rules out all my shota recs, pity...

Any way, here are some normal, heartwarming, child raising stories:
With the light (Really good so far, about raising an autistic child)
Papa to Arukou
A Mother's Love
Mother Sarah (Sort of... just go read the description)
Hello! Lady Lynn
Iguana no Musume (Not a positive relationship)
My Father's Journal (Also really good)

All I can think of that hasn't been mentioned.

Crossroad- maybe a little off track but the older 'siblings' (not blood related) do take care of the younger one. while it's not central it is an important aspect of the plot.

...I think you got the order mixed up, and for future ref, if it's a manga in the MU database, all you have to do is put [m][/m] tags around it.
