Seinen, I guess, but I feel that this is even less concrete than the last poll. With the exception of yaoi/yuri/hentai/lolicon/shotacon (are those really target demographics?), they can contain pretty much anything. There are plenty of shounen/shoujo series with mature themes, and plenty of seinen/josei filled with cliches that you would normally only see in shounen/shoujo... but I digress.
Generally, my favorites have been published in seinen magazines, so I'm going with that.

geez. of course yaoi is going to win.. 
voted shoujo as thats what i read alot. getting abit sick of it now. not all is bad, but starting to venture out to shounen and josei

I still maintain that there are only four target demographics, shounen, seinen, josei and shoujo. Yuri/yaoi/lolicon/shotacon/shounen-ai/shoujo-ai/hentai are all tags that reflect a manga's content not it's audience and probably should have been in the previous poll.
Still, I'm a yuri fan, so even if it's not a demographic, I still vote for it to give it support. If I was answering the poll truthfully with a response that actually was a demographic, my answer would be seinen.
