Peach girl anime is good- very like the manga
Kodocha is HUGE but the manga has more romance than the anime so personally I prefer the manga..
Comedy+Romance +Fantasy
Hime-chan no Ribon is a bit older anime with fantasy, some romance- u know magical girl thing- if u like that, u might like:-
Dr. Rin ni Kiitemite!
Ultra Maniac
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne
Shugo Chara!
Hatenkou Yuugi
Sugar Sugar Rune
Besides that, Saiunkoku Monogatari - not magical, slight comedy, romance, fantasy mostly political drama

Hakushaku to Yousei - I haven't gotten the chance to watch the anime, but I really enjoyed the manga. The anime looks promising.

I second Hakushaku to yousei, lots of fantasy and romance. I really adore the characters and I love the novel and manga. The anime was also really great.
