What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Forgot the name of a manga...

A while back I read a manga and forgot the name of it.
The story is about this guy who grew up and lived in an isolated village. He was sent to the city for his studies and also to find a bride. The school he attends turns out to be something he never expected.. with clan battles.

(The first page of the manga show the boy milking a cow... He grabs the udders and yells out "I want to feel some real tits" or something along the lines)

~Any ideas what this manga is called. Thanks in advance.
