Depends...You have to consider, it will be his child after it is born. If the child is to seek dad out later in life, who knows? It is going to be his child after birth ether way, like wise...if she wants and an abortion and the man doesn't.
There is no say, simply put...it is their body that is being treated but at the end of the day a child isn't there for a month or two, it's there for life. Child support for how long?
Don't mean to sound like an ass but if we are being real here, seems tiny bit unfair. Maybe if he pleads for abortion and she refuses, he could get it in writing to refute his child support duties. That seems fair to me as cruel as that sounds.
