What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

A few days ago, i came across a really good manga but i can't remember the name of it. So anyone please help me!!!!

The protagonist has 3 secret: he's in love with his friend, his spirit can be released from his body and the third, while his spirit is outside, he sees something shocking.
