 Could it be Earthian? Its about angels ang its licensed ^^ u should give more information about that manga so its easier to find

i just found this manga called Devil x Devil <-- could it be that one? its has angels & licensed

 There are two different series with very similar names. Only one of them is yaoi. Cherrycake probably meant the first one?
