Trying to remember the name of a manga, I'm pretty sure it was still coming out and not licensed. Lots of spoilers follow, but I'm pretty sure if someone is reading the manga they will know the name with this.

At the start there were two guys in a school who were getting bullied, one rich one not. In secret they are getting there (motorbike?) license. The main character (not the rich boy) sees a girl there and is interested in her. Eventually he hooks up with this girl with a bit of help from her friend.

I remember the guy becoming friends with someone else, although he ends up (half forced by his friend) drugging the two girls although he backs out in the end.

Any help would be appreciated.
