What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Does anyone know a manga where the leading female protagnist happens to be a feared or well-known deliquent in her school?

Before you add this, I already check out Yanki-Kun to Megane-Chan and Onidere.

Also, no shoujo, josei or smut on this one.
