Luffy from One Piece.
I mean, think about, no matter what position he's in, no matter how many times he gets beaten up to the point he is on the verge of death, Luffy will always achieve the impossible, whether it is his physical strenght or willpower.

Lucy would cut everybody else to shreds. She has very long, invisible arms that slice through human flesh like a knife through butter - and they're fast enough to stop bullets. You just can't combat that.
I could maybe see voting for Gutts, if you assume Gutt's armor is supernatural and thus would be uncuttable (though I doubt it...)

Mmm Ichigo would be the winner. Ichigo could not be seen by the others and that would be like a stealth mode plus he can't even be touched, so he has the upper-hand. I don't think even rubber can stand one getsuga, so thats all for it.
But if you go far enough Goku is obviously the strongest of all times. Thats all.

because if you notice throughout the series, regular people(goku, ed, and gutts probably could seeing as they've all had death like experiences) can't see/touch shinigami. but granted, don't think he could fight anybody then either....
but why'd you leave haruhi off the list. she'd win pretty instantly, it's hard to beat god
