What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Well, awhile ago, I read this manga...here is a lil' desription...there is a main character is is stuck in jail for some crime and ther are 4 bosses of the jail, north, sout, east, west...and its about how he becomes stonger? and faces the henchmen or the bosses and the bosses themselves............anyone know the name of it??
