Well... I don't really watch anything else aside from Kung Fu movies and stuff with Dicky Cheung... But you can try http://www.spcnet.tv I believe they have ratings and stuff. Or http://www.crunchyroll.com/ which is pretty much just a video streaming site and you can view what's popular with everyone I guess.

it looks pretty gud.
i don think u can track..
but u can rate n fav the dramas.
