I dropped it two volumes ago; but I'm waiting for the ending so I know who she ended up with.

Dropped this centuries ago, when she turned back into a vampire or something.
This series is BS now. It takes itself too seriously.

before i just kinda ignored it for a couple chapters but i've picked it back up. the story is getting interesting again so i'm glad i didn't completely drop it. i'm hoping that after this arc it will end, i don't want to read a manga forcibly. if it gets boring again i'll just skim.
i just keep reading hoping that kaname will die and yuuki will either die or end up with zero. none

Lol, dropped it around chapter 37, the story is going nowhere. The plot's been dragging on for too long.

Hmm truthfully i keep putting it off i want to finish it but yuki's change has made me dislike her. Ive begun to hate kaname too. I dont really know what going on in it right now its been a while. I still hold my love for Zero. He never changes. biggrin

Yeah, I dropped this a LONG time ago, because the series was getting too predictable for me. Also the fact that both Yuuki and Zero kept self-pitying themselves that I was sitting here going," You do realize that when there are people who hate the situation that they're in but don't do anything about it, there's a bigger problem with the people and not the situation." The plot is just DRAGGING ON AND ON but she doesn't bother with any decent character development, which I live for in manga and anime. But, when the series does end, I might go back just to see how the author decided to end it JUST BECAUSE I live with a sister that also reads manga who just LOVES to spoil things for me. And she read Vampire Knight, but not sure about currently. confused

To be honest ... I'm not following this series as much anymore. It started going downhill after they left the academy ... but it was starting to look up again with sarah ... but alas. This new arc has made me realize that this series is crap, however, it will be stuck through till the end!

I stopped reading after volume 10. It was also I think when the anime started. The anime disappoints me. And, it's like it's just a cycle or it seems that story just keep repeating...or more probably the story drags on and on.

I really love the art. It's my first shoujo manga I really am drawn into due to art and also the story telling. I will pickup this up someday. BTW, can anyone recommend me who's scan group with clean editing and good translation? I used to read from VK group. I forgot next which scanlation I read this on. It seems there's so many fangroup are picking this up. Just for the note in my part. No offense is intended in any way.

Dropped it around chapter 50 or something.

Generally, I'll sit through the boring parts of a manga because I know that something interesting is bound to appear sooner or later. You just have to have patience.

I liked VK. There shouldnt have been a problem.

But I dont think anyone has that much patience.

So many letters. So many speech bubbles. So much useless information.

I could care less after a while. About everything. The information, the characters, the plot, etc. etc. My head was a second away from exploding from the massive overload of text.

I can't possibly reread the recent chapters anymore, to attempt to remember what's happened with these slow releases. Therefore, I'm gonna put it down for a year and read the chapters in a large chunk. I'm getting REALLY bored with these recent chapters enough as it is, so having to reread them every time a new chapter comes out hurts my brain.

That isn't to say that I've dropped it, I'm just... pushing it to the side for an extended period of time.

I don't regret reading it, and I know that it has potential, but it's going through a less exciting phase. none
