Boy Meets World. I never get to see like the last four seasons because it doesn't run anymore.

FEENY! FA-FA-FA-FEENY! I loved that last episode so much! Disney use to play it late at night, now all they play are Zack and Cody I think. Now, not only do Saturday mornings suck, they've taken late night as well no

Hm, I wish they brought back a lot of the old school cartoons, like Recess, The Gummi Bears, and PepperAnne, basically, I'd be happy if they brought back all the Saturday morning cartoons laugh

ALF. laugh I doubt many people remember that show.

I was scared of him.
That abomination scarred me for life. cry

I remember I use to watch reruns of ALF. My older brother always said it was like ghetto meets Barney pfft, ALF was on another complete level he prob only said it cause big bird (sesame street) scarred him for life biggrin

Hey Arnold and Invader Zim were probably the only decent cartoons back in the days, can't say much for Courage it scared the crap out of me sometimes. And as for those Real World-reality type shows I hate them. We can have actual shows on air but they make way for crap like that same goes for those cliche teen dramas

@CuthienSilmeriel: love all the shows you mentioned especially Dark Angel and Friends, but I still see My Wife and Kids reruns biggrin

Channel 4 still shows re-runs of Friends all the time and Trouble has my wife and kids but I've seen them all now and it pains me to know I'll never see a new episode.I don't think ALF showed in England when I was a kid. I have definitely seen the film though, I had no idea there was a tv series, the film was hilarious. Hey Arnold was great, as was Boy meets world and recess. Invader Zim I never saw though. My favourite cartoon was Scooby Doo, the original Where are you. When they started introducing scooby's relative it got crap, I wanted to shoot scrappy myself out of sheer annoyance. Pokemon was a classic though, I was obsessed as a kid. I never got into digimon though.

I agree about the reality shows, I hate them. Big Brother etc, just awful and so many teen dramas are the same I have trouble telling them apart.

I wish Code Lyoko was continued. It was the show of my middle school years. My sister, my neighbor, and I used to dress like some of the characters and we would play "Code Lyoko." Ah, the good old days. ^^

I thought four seasons was quite good for Code Lyoko.

Cartoons

Invader Zim
Dexter Lab (non crappy... actually a Teeneyer version with more adult situations may be good... I mean the power crap girls got a new one, so why not Dexter?)
Justice Friends (HAHAHA that was so good!!! those guys should have never drawn Power Puff Girls, I mean with Super Heroes like Mayor Glory, and Val Halen you can make so many good and funny situations)

(YEAH I HATE THE POWER PUFF GIRLS)

Nothing else comes to mind...

Sometimes I think it's better that there are no more episodes of some series. Why? Because sometimes the popularity of the show works against it, in that the show is brought back, and then a piece of junk is released. Like for Fushigi Yuugi, for the anime, there are several people on AnimeNfo.com that felt that the OAVs were so terrible that it made even the good (or at least "better", even for the cynics) TV series suck. That was the price paid to see more of our favourite characters, not really Miaka and Tamahome/Taka, but the seven Suzaku Seishi. no

That would be an example of a show that overstayed its welcome. sad

I don't like the reality shows, but at the same time, I know I've followed some. I watched some episodes of series that I shouldn't have really supported. shy

And even though there was a chance that it could be screwed up, I wish a bit that Gilmore Girls had a mini series to close up the series. I was disappointed at the way Gilmore Girls ended, and there are even some people on Lauren Graham's IMDB board that are also disappointed after all this time.

And it looks like I'll be sad that Pushing Daises won't get a proper ending soon, too. sad It will be closed up in a comic after the last episode airs this month, but there are others that say it won't be the same and I'm in that group. For most of the cartoons that I watched in the late 90s, if I've forgotten them, chances are that they might have pretended to have substance when it really didn't. I think that was a low point for Disney, and that would include Recess even though there are people that wish for it back in this thread. If the movie A Cinderella Story was used, but the romance part of the story eliminated, the cliques would be the idea for Recess, no?

Just on the surface, I miss Buffy and Dark Angel, I wasn't a close follower of the latter though, and I wonder if I had been raised in a differently family and operated differently if I would have bothered with Buffy before it went off the air. That matter with Spike and Buffy towards the end was so fun! biggrin

Re-runs of Seinfeld and Red Dwarf are already on, so I'm good.

Red Dwarf doesn't come on over here sad

My choices are:
Red Dwarf (Damn you, bedob mad )
Ren and Stimpy
Boy Meets World
Reboot
Veronica Mars

But the thing is that people have made torrents of all the shows you guys like. I've gotten The Tick, Bill Nye The Science Guy, The Adventures of Pete & Pete, Clarissa Explains It All and others from torrents. So if you have the space on your hard drive, then there should be no problem. biggrin

My Life in Film
It was only a short comedy series with just 6 episodes (2004), but it's probably the most brilliant thing I've seen.... I wish BBC made more of it and I hope they show re-runs again..... It was pure genius.

Also second Red Dwarf (I get re-runs as well) and ALF (taught me cynicism).

Another one I'd like to see more of is Alo-Alo.

There was also a sci-fi show back in the 90's called Space: Above and Beyond (I think) which I enjoyed a lot, but I'm not sure if I still would today.

HBO had this mini-series called Carnivale, which I hope they air again cos I missed some episodes (too skint to go and look for the DVD's).

Awww I miss that show. I've watched every single episode of that show...Boy Meets World, haha, it was so funny, we saw the actors grow up. Disney used to do the reruns, but no more, lately, Disney is all Hannah Montana and that Wizard show.

I miss Hey Arnold too. Oh, and Invader Zim of course.

Aw I still love Scooby Doo! (the original) It was one of those cartoons I would actually see with my parents cause they loved it biggrin I remember the days I was way too into Pokemon, of course I didn't even know what anime was back then, but yea it got to the point where I would sing the opening in all the languages I knew...it was catchy lol. And Yu-gi-oh! My god when all my friends were into those little toys I can't remember what they're called but they basically run on the floor and have hair it's like a running troll biggrin (they were huge back then) I would be watching Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh...good times...
