Type of oil -
Anything is fine. Though Olive Oil is suppose to be he healthiest, so I'll go with that.

Says who? Rapeseed oil is said to be the healthiest. Though I'd say use your own country's oils. If I lived in Greek for example, I would use Greek olive oil, not some South African sunflower oil.

Oh? Well, I guess I have much to learn about cooking, then. I've never even heard of rapeseed oil. smile

Brassica rapa isn't necessarily more healthy than Brassica napus.

What's your favorite fruit? bananas for sure
What's your favorite vegetable? Hm, it's a tie between carrots and spinach
What's your herb of choice? Parsley
Type of oil you like? It depends on what I'm using it for. I use extra virgin olive oil more than anything since I have it in salad. For cooking I usually use canola oil.
Spice? salt and cracked black pepper

fun fact:
in some parts of the world, chicken is considered to be a vegetable. or so i am told.
i think its because chicken has the intellectual capacity of a zucchini and are just as abundant
so you might eat chicken with beef instead of green beans with beef

Didn't look at everyones but I saw a few mistakes in the ones I did. Technically strawberries are not fruit. To be fair they aren't a vegetable either.. but still.. The other big one I saw was peppers. Peppers are actually a fruit and not a vegetable. You have to think in terms of seeds really. Basically, if it has seeds then it is a fruit. Though it really depends on what part of the plant we eat.

Favorite fruit: Bananas
Least favorite: Tomatoes

Favorite vegetable: Corn
Least favorite: Spinach

Favorite Spice: Cinnamon

Favorite Oil: N/A

Food is a cultural thing. Depends on where you live on if it's a fruit or veggie. Strawberries ARE a fruit where I live.

It's like the tomato, in my wife's culture, it's a fruit, in mine it's a veggie. When it comes to the distinction between these, there is no right or wrong (only your cultural view vs another).
