What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Does anyone know where I can either view or download "Ga-Rei Tsuina no Shou"? I can't seem to find the manga anywhere and with the latest "Ga-Rei" chapters being released after four months, I'm in a Ga-Rei kind of mood.

If anyone can help me out, it would be appreciated.
