The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross (11 volumes) - I love her artwork.
Fruits Basket (23 volumes) is supernatural and school life with romance over time (highly recommended).
Pretear (4 volumes) is supernatural action with a touch of romance.
Bitter Virgin (4 volumes) is listed as mature seinen romance, but definitely worth the read. Read the description so you know what you're getting into.
Shuukatsu!! (2 volumes) is a good romance josei.
I would also recommend
Absolute Boyfriend, but how happy you consider the ending to be will be subjective.

It does finish happily enough, and you'll have no idea how it's going to end until it does. However, there is tragedy before it gets to the happy ending of a well-done love triangle. I cried.
It ended perfectly though, in my opinion.
