What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Seriously this is no lauging matter. You guys who read those series inquestion should feel so guilty: HSDK, Ai Kora, Zatch Bell and a couple lesser known ones.jk. This is terrible news if this means that they are gonna start cracking down but as we all know they can never stop it from continuing. Never. They don't sell manga in my country so boo. What do they want me to do not read manga ? Import it ? Impossible. Make it cheaper and more available then get mad. But I do understand them cracking down in Japan sad

high tech crime task force? for file sharing jump p2p? how do they find you? By your iip address? and then they come to your house and arrest you?

now i'm very sad.

they are arrested because they uploaded before release date... right?

FOR US, we upload slllllooowwwww and scanlate ssslllooww o_____o if you call that before date, i'll laugh.

Licensed manga.. hmm i might be ashame.. and half not ashame.. Ashamed because we are reading manga published by USA o_O and not paying even a single cent.. Not ashame because each volume of manga cost too much XP 10.00$ as for estimation bigrazz

*waiting or us to get arrested too roll eyes *

That won't happen anytime soon like daed said only big companies like viz and adv have the financial capabilities to actually do something about it. The rest are just too run down or too poor.lol. Because of us. Also the scanlation community promotes manga far better than the official licensing companies and the quality is better so for now japan will turn a blind eye and let the popularity spread overseas then when we're comfortable bust our balls. lol laugh laugh laugh

Oh. I remember that previous instance. Wasn't it that they couldn't track them down through the software, so they got their IP from posts in the forum that the people made? Let that be a lesson to you, don't post in forums. ^^

I do find law enforcements priorities on cracking down on crime kind of funny. Instead of focusing on violent crimes like rape and murder, form a special force to hunt down people who are sharing manga. But I guess they go where the money is.
