Yuko Otsuki was born in Japan in 1974 and raised in Japan. She is currently active as a manga artist and illustrator, and was a member of the art club when she was in junior high school. After graduating from school, under the name "Kanan", she participated in the project of Broccoli, a famous game-related production company, and created the manga version of "Galaxy Angel", which was also made into an anime.
