Rutoto NEKOI is a musician, illustrator, and mangaka whose work has appeared in magazines like Lemon People and Melon Comic.
After making her debut as a mangaka while still a teenager, Nekoi became an assistant to the now famous horror/hentai mangaka SENNO Knife, of whom she was a dedicated fan. Eventually, the two married, and went on to establish Tyrellsha, an independent publishing operation dedicated to distributing their work.
Though Nekoi's presence in manga has dwindled over the years, her electro-industrial, cyberpunk-influenced band Psydoll remains active.
