Born in Tokyo in 1961. He was arrested by the FBI's sting operation during the yakuza era and was imprisoned for more than 10 years in both US prisons and detention centers. As the only Japanese, he went on a rampage without forming a clique, but his encounter with a Mexican-American called Chicano in prison changed the values of life.
After returning to Japan, he has produced a wide range of fashion, tattoos, books, compilation CDs, DVDs, movies, etc., and has become a symbol of the rising Chicano boom. In addition, he obtained a qualification as a counselor in a US prison and established a volunteer group "Good-Family". Children and parents who are worried gather at the marina "HOMIE Marine CLUB" that is currently operated.

Burned at Tokyo Nakano in 1961. His life started to go a bad way after He stabbed His schoolteacher when he was in Middle school. After then he joined a young gang called “BOUSOUZOKU”. Then it escalated to the Japanese Gang “YAKUZA”. Since he became a Yakuza, He got a great success. As he reached success there was a set up from the FBI. Kei had to serve an over 10-year sentence in Oregon, LA prison. After he finished his Sentence, he came back to Japan and used his experience he made inside the prison and opened his own Company “Homie Brand” at Hiratsuka Kanagawa Japan. Also he opened a Counseling Seminar “Domestic Violence” to help the people who have a problem.
