After working on 4-panel manga, his DREAM SECURITY Mao was selected for Shogakukan's prestigious 40th Shinjin Comic Taisho (Newcomer's Award for Comics).
And in 2001 his first serialization HEAT WAVE debuted in Shonen Sunday Super. His major works include Midori Days and Love & Collage. Mahou no Iroha! started in the October 2009 issue of Shonen Sunday Super Zokan.
Inoue worked as FUJITA Kazuhiro's chief assistant on Ushio to Tora and Karakuri Circus.
Friends with NAKAYAMA Bunjuro, RAIKU Makoto, ANZAI Nobuyuki, KATAYAMA Yukio, YAKO Tsuyoshi & KANEDA Tatsuya.
