KuroKishakai, who scanlated some xxxHolic has closed its doors citing business in real life calling
To sum up what's written below (which I personally cannot confirm since I don't read Japanese...), apparently there will be one more volume of Nodame Cantabile! (Now wouldn't that be nice?) Unfortunately, I can't confirm that it's true for myself (and none of the translators I know are on hand right now). Perhaps some knowing person can enlighten to me that it's true or not?
Ev3 writes: Hello minna-san ^^ piece of good news for the fans, Nodame first new chapter was released 10th December!
Even though volume 23 is the final, there will be one more tankobon volume.

Glad that we agree that they're different
As a sort of follow-up, our member Xuan suggested this poll. This one is probably gonna be a lot less common than anime/cartoons, but I've personally heard it more than once. I mean, come on, how do you get confused between something that's a video and something that's on paper?
An easy poll for next week would be to do the manga/comics pairing

The very elusive group Stage Storm is closing its doors today. However, not all is lost! A new group called Barcarolle is rising up from the ashes, and the good news is that they won't be as secretive! Barcarolle is planning to continue all of Stage Storm's former projects except for Glass Mask. But you're still in luck! Shi-Ki is planning to continue Glass Mask, so you guys (girls) will still get your shoujo fix.
Shoujo series Shugo Chara! will be ending in next month's issue of Nakayoshi (published by [sitelink=publishers.html?id=100]Kodansha[/sitelink])

This new poll was suggested by our member tactics. I guess the custom of calling anime "cartoons" is more prevalent in the US, but it also depends on the area you live in. Like for me, I live in a predominately Asian neighborhood, and we all "know" the difference between anime and Saturday morning cartoons. (And just to say this, but nowadays, the Saturday morning cartoons aren't that great. Remember the good old days? And it was only like 5 years ago...)

Not too many people read the American stuff. Which is sad, since some of that superhero stuff is good too.

1014 vs. 1011...close 2nd
Most people would like to give them a chance at least~
This poll was submitted by BaeSooky. I only chose it because I don't really like the other ones that were suggested...But I don't really like this one either >_>
Well, surprise me
Certain authors are known for the genre/demographic that they work in. ADACHI Mitsuru for sports. AKAMATSU Ken for shounen harem. You get the point. Lots of other authors only write for say yaoi, shoujo, etc. Well, would you perhaps like them to branch out and try the other stuff?
